    油墨的适性:
    Suitability of ink:
    承印物、印刷油墨以及其它材料与印刷条件相匹配、适合于印刷作业的性能,叫做印刷适性。
    Printing suitability refers to the performance of the substrate, printing ink and other materials that match the printing conditions and are suitable for printing operations.
    油墨的印刷适性,指油墨与印刷条件相匹配,适合于印刷作业的性能。主要有粘度、着性、触变性、干燥性等。
    The printability of ink refers to the matching of ink and printing conditions, which is suitable for printing operations. Viscosity, adhesion, thixotropy, dryness and so on.
    1.油墨的粘度
    1. viscosity of ink
    油墨在流动中表现出来的内摩擦特性,叫做油墨的粘滞性,量度油墨粘滞性的物理量,叫做油墨的粘度。
    Ink in the flow of the performance of internal friction characteristics, called ink viscosity, measuring ink viscosity of the physical quantity, called ink viscosity.
    油墨的粘度可以用粘度计来测量,常用的粘度计有平行板粘度计,旋转粘度计,拉雷粘度计等。

    印刷机的速度愈快,要求油墨的流动性愈大,粘度愈小。

    2.油墨的粘着性

    油墨从墨斗向墨辊、印版、(橡皮布)承印物表面转移时,油墨薄膜先是分裂,而后转移,墨膜在这一动态过程中表现出来的阻上墨膜破裂的能力,叫做油墨的粘着性。量度油墨粘着性的物理量,叫做油墨的Tack值。

    印刷过程中,如果油墨的粘着性和承印物的性能、印刷条件不匹配,则会发生纸张的掉粉、掉毛、油墨叠印不良、印刷版脏污等印刷故障。

    油墨的粘着性,岢以用撤粘剂或ZY油墨添加剂进行调整。

    3.油墨的触变性

    在一定的温度下,油墨经搅拌或施加机械外力后,流动性得到改善,粘度下降;静置后,流动性又变得不好,粘度上升,这种性质叫做油墨的触变性。
    At a certain temperature, after stirring or applying mechanical force, the fluidity of the ink is improved and the viscosity decreases; after standing, the fluidity becomes poor and the viscosity increases. This property is called thixotropy of the ink.
    印刷过程中,如果油墨的触变性不良,则会发生“下墨不畅”,传墨不均匀,网点严重扩大等印刷故障。为了防止上述故障的发生,需用墨铲经常搅拌墨斗中的油墨或在墨斗中安装油墨搅拌器不时撑拦油墨。
    In the printing process, if the thixotropy of the ink is not good, it will occur "ink not smoothly", the transfer of ink is not uniform, dot seriously enlarged and other printing failures.     4.油墨的干燥

    油墨的干燥比较复杂,主要有以下三种形式。

    渗透干燥。油墨中的连结料,有一部分渗透到承印物里,另一部分与颜料一起固着在承印物表面而干燥。高速卷筒纸印刷机使用的非热固性轮转油墨,一般以渗透干燥为主,主要印刷报纸、期刊。
    Osmotic drying. One part of the ink binder penetrates into the substrate, the other part is fixed with the pigment on the surface of the substrate and dries. The non-thermosetting rotary ink used in high-speed web printing presses is usually based on osmotic drying, mainly printing newspapers and periodicals.
    氧化聚合干燥。油墨中的连结料和空气中的氧气发生聚合反应,在承印物表面成膜而干燥。胶印亮光树脂油墨,颜色鲜艳,光泽性好,主要以氧化聚合干燥为主,用于印刷高档精细的胶印产品。
    Oxidative polymerization drying. The linking material in the ink and the oxygen in the air react to form a film and dry on the substrate. Offset bright resin inks, bright color, good gloss, mainly oxidation polymerization drying, used for printing high-grade fine offset products.
    挥发干燥。油墨中的部分连结料,挥发到空气中,剩余的连结料连同颜料固着在承印物表面而干燥。凹版印刷油墨是用挥发型溶剂为连结料的,所用的连结料是对人体有:Φ谋、二甲苯。目前已经研制了以水为溶剂的水性油墨,用于凹印和柔性版印刷,减少了对环境的污染,很有发展前途。挥发干燥的油墨特别适合印刷没有吸收性的薄膜材料,如塑料薄膜、金属箔等。
    Volatile drying. Part of the binder in the ink vaporizes into the air and the remaining binder, along with the pigment, is fixed on the surface of the substrate and dries. Gravure printing ink is a volatile solvent for the binder, the binder used is harmful to the human body benzene, xylene. At present, water-based inks with water as solvent have been developed for gravure and flexographic printing, which can reduce the pollution to the environment and have a bright future. Volatile dry ink is especially suitable for printing non-absorbing film materials, such as plastic film, metal foil, etc.
    除此之外,油墨的干燥还有紫外线、红外线、热固化等多种形式。

    许多油墨的干燥,常常是两种干燥形式相结合来完成墨膜干燥的。例如,单张纸的快固着胶印油墨,适用于印刷一般的胶印产品,它是利用渗透和氧化聚合相结合的方式进行干燥的。

    印刷过程中,如果油墨的干燥不良,将会引起印张背面蹭脏、粘页、墨膜无光泽、油墨“晶化”等印刷故障。

    为了加快油墨的干燥速度,可以在油墨中加入催干剂。常用的催干剂有:钴燥油、锰燥油、铅燥油等。为了降低油墨的干燥速度,可以在油墨中加入干燥抑制剂。
